What Our Day Looks Like
We start our day off with a 15 minute stretch class followed by a continental breakfast
For those who enroll in our Adult Day Care Program and are there at the start of the day
staff will be available and ready to assist you during breakfast
Next we challenge the mind with our Montessori memory exercises, followed by a walk in the park
at the south end of the shopping center
(weather permitting)
Followed by a sit-n-fit class & Group activities
Our instructor will guide you through the exercise class with encouragement throughout the class
Our group activities are a lot of fun
Fresh cooked lunch is served by our staff, all you
have to do is sit and relax and allow staff to serve you
We encourage everyone to participate in group activities which helps our reflexes & minds become stronger
We also offer cerebral activities like word match, arts and crafts and team challenge
Our Adult Day Care program is offered
Monday thru Thursday 9:30am till 5:30pm
Seniors can be dropped off and picked
up at their convenience and groups
are limited to to twelve
