What Our Day Looks Like
We start our day off with a continental breakfast
For the early risers, staff will be available and ready to assist you during breakfast
Followed by a 15 minute morning Stretch Class
Next we challenge the mind with our Montessori Memory Exercises
In the afternoon we get our blood to flowing in a
Sit-n-Fit Class & Group Activities
Our instructor will guide you through the exercise class with encouragement throughout the class, followed by group activities which are a lot of fun
We encourage everyone to participate in group activities which helps our reflexes & minds become stronger
Fresh cooked lunch is served daily by our staff, all you
have to do is sit and relax and allow staff to serve you
We also offer Cerebral Activities like Jigsaw Puzzles, Arts and Crafts and Team Challenge
For those who like to walk, we'll take a stroll to the park at the end of the shopping center
(weather permitting)
Our Adult Day Care program is offered
Monday thru Thursday 9:30am till 5:30pm
Seniors can be dropped off and picked
up at their convenience and groups
are limited to to fifteen per day
